Montage Healdsburg

What an incredibly classy and beautiful venue to get married at. As a wedding photographer, I adore the Montage Healdsburg. Welcoming staff, gorgeous locations, and endless photographic possibilities here. It seemed that everywhere we looked was another possibility for a picture our bride and groom would love. Highly recommended for weddings or events.

Wonderful spot! The rooms were modern and spotless, the layout of the property was so well planned, and then staff were fabulous - particularly the valet, bartender and spa teams. The concierge was also extremely helpful as we were planning our trip. Food was good but would love to see more menu variety between the spots. Can’t wait to come back!

It is an amazing place, on the higher side, but we'll worth it. The location is beautiful, we visited in February so it was low season and it was very quiet (which I loved). The rooms are modern and elegant, the bed comfortable, the service top notch.

We just checked out of the incredible Montage. Our family came to celebrate a wedding for 2 days. The highlight of our stay besides the events was the service provided by Justin. Justin checked us in, gave us the lay of the land, and then we continued to interact with him throughout our stay. He was constantly in tune with our needs, making sure we were well taking care of. My 15 year old son always felt comfortable because Justin would help him throughout our visit. Hospitality like this is rare. It definitely made our stay special and memorable.

We spent 5 days here and it was a lovely stay. They have beautiful grounds, amazing food and Montage hospitality. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without Jeff at the restaurant. From our first day he was very friendly and kind. The staff was wonderful about getting to our room quickly with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. Its a wonderful location and property.

Blown away by our stay at this resort. The staff were all amazing, the food was so good, and the bar was fantastic. Caitlin makes a mean martini and hand-stuffed blue cheese olives for the drink. The room was fabulous- and the VIEW! I just wish it hadn’t been raining and we could have taken advantage of the grounds and activities like archery. Would love if they added an activity like horseback riding! My only tiny quibble is that the water pressure in the shower is lacking, probably bc it’s a European style open shower with half glass partition. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Our family of four stayed there and really enjoyed our stay--the rooms are fabulous and blend in with the surroundings. It is stunning to wake up facing the vineyard and clouds that break into sunshine mid morning. The property supports a small vineyard with the wines available at the restaurant and in the bar. The fitness center has everything you could need for a good workout which opens to the infinity pool. We ate dinner at Hazel Hill one evening and breakfast two of the days and cleaned our plates--the food was amazing. Staff was very thoughtful. Don't think about booking--just do it.

My stay at Montage Healdsburg was genuinely memorable. The property is stunning, and the One Bedroom Deluxe Vineyard suite was absolutely worth the splurge. The setting, the design, and the sense of calm throughout the resort make it feel unlike anywhere else. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was attentive, warm, and carried a level of positive energy that made the entire experience feel elevated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Compass Sports was a highlight for us. I rented a bike to explore the property with my kid, and we even borrowed a guitar—small touches that added so much to the stay. Hazel Hill was another standout. The food was delicious, the ambience welcoming, and the team there were absolute stars. After staying at almost every high-end property out there, Montage stands at the top for me. The combination of stay quality, service, and overall ambience is unmatched. This is, without a doubt, one of the best properties anywhere.
